Offer and Products
All products offered on the website are described and presented with the greatest possible care. However, material or typographical errors may appear in descriptions or images. Such errors cannot under any circumstances result in liability for the entrepreneur. Since we operate using a dropshipping model, packaging, origin, or certain minor product details may differ from the images displayed on the website.

All prices listed on the website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Any later price changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

Payment must be made immediately when placing the order through the available payment methods (such as credit card, PayPal, or other available methods). The order will only be processed after full payment has been received and validated.

The order processing time is on average 1 to 3 business days. The average delivery time is then 5 to 7 business days. In some cases, especially during periods of high demand or logistical delays, delivery times may be extended. Products are shipped from international warehouses, including locations outside the European Union. The entrepreneur cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or any other third parties.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the product without having to provide any reason. After notifying the withdrawal, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and if possible, in its original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products: personalized or custom-made products, unsealed hygiene products, digital products delivered immediately after purchase, or any other products excluded under applicable legislation.

The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect damages, financial losses, loss of profits, or damages resulting from the use of the products. In all cases, the entrepreneur’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Complaints
Any complaint must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery. The entrepreneur will make every effort to handle complaints within 14 days. If a longer period is required, the customer will be informed accordingly.

The entrepreneur cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as supplier delays, transport issues, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, or technical failures.
