Can I return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days after receipt. *

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1: The order still contains all original parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.
2: The product has been used normally; damage resulting from negligent use is excluded.
3: Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before return.
4: The product was defective upon receipt.
5: We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
6: A return is processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, officially confirmed within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, you must follow the steps below to begin the return process.

Please make sure your email contains the following information:

Order number (#1234)
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of damage
Customer’s first and last name
Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide the return address; you may also find it at the bottom of this page.

Never send the package back to the sender; we will provide the correct return address after your request. You, as the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that they are a natural person acting for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received or accepted the final goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are generally processed within 24 hours after being placed. After this 24-hour period, the shipping process can no longer be interrupted until delivery, which means that a refund is no longer possible after this period. If you notify us by email within 24 hours that you wish to cancel, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zorella Atelier) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email).
The withdrawal is considered completed once we have received the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Items that cannot be returned:

Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines)
Hygiene or sanitary items
Personalized products
Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health products

Tracking shipments in transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then return them to us. Of course, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure fast processing of your return, we kindly ask you to send us shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (including additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal and the goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

Responsibility for Return Costs

The customer is always responsible for all return-related costs.

ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
